Scoop安装

scoop 安装（非管理员模式进行）

1、先在终端改变其策略
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

2、安装scoop

//默认安装（再通过设置环境变量来更改scoop的目录及其他）
irm get.scoop.sh
//进阶安装
irm get.scoop.sh -outfile 'install.ps1'
//自行设置位置
.\install.ps1 -ScoopDir 'D:\Programs\Scoop' -ScoopGlobalDir 'D:\Programs\GlobalScoopApps'  -ScoopCacheDir 'D:\CZY\Downloads\ScoopCache' -NoProxy

如果报错连不上raw.githubusercontent.com，在C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 的hosts文件内容最后一行加上

199.232.68.133 raw.githubusercontent.com

3、换源及添加extras仓库

//更改为国内的源
scoop config SCOOP_REPO 'https://gitee.com/glsnames/scoop-installer'
//添加国内的bucket仓库
scoop bucket add extras https://gitee.com/scoop-bucket/extras
//更新一下
scoop update
