uwsgj启动django服务 Djangoweb服务的部署采用 Nginx+uWSGI的方式

1、SQLite 3.8.3 or later is required (found 3.6.20).

2、django.db.utils.Notsupportederror: urls not supported

3、no internal routing support, rebuild with pcre support

4、linux防火墙问题，造成本机访问不了

5、-bash: systemctl: command not found
