MySQL5.5.45+ 5.6.26+ 5.7.6+关闭SSL验证

SSL大多数使用者都是关闭状态， 所以如果不想接收数据库警告WARN信息建议禁用SSL。

重启服务

SSL配置说明

SSL配置只能在my.cnf或my.ini中进行配置，此变量为只读。
