1、用字符串 +

old_string= 'python learn'
str1 = '\"'
new_string=str1 + old_string +str1

print("The original string is - {}".format(old_string))   #The original string is - python learn
print("The converted string is - {}".format(new_string))  #The converted string is - "python learn"

2、format()

old_string= 'python learn'
str1 = '\"'
new_string='{0}{1}{0}'.format('\"', old_string)

print("The original string is - {}".format(old_string))   #The original string is - python learn
print("The converted string is - {}".format(new_string))  #The converted string is - "python learn"
