在xml文件中添加：

jdbc:mysql://localhost/jdbctemplate?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF8

在普通类添加：

jdbc:mysql://localhost/jdbctemplate?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF8
