Git链接出现报错：fatal: unable to access ‘https://github.com/.../‘: Failed to connect to github.com port 443 : Timed out

在连接Git或克隆过程中出现报错如下：

 解决方案：（刷新DNS）

cmd 窗口输入： ipconfig/flushdns
