eclipse中文注释乱码

1. 设置读取文件的编码

　　window-preferences-general-workspace-text file encoding-utf-8

　　

 

 

2. 设置还未写的文件的编码

　　window-preferences-general-content type

　　选中text 在default encoding处，填入utf-8并update

　　　　　其中有一些子项有默认，需要选中进行更改，比如jsp

　　

 

 

3. 有一些已经存储的文件编码已定，可以用记事本打开后，另存为，选择存储用的编码为utf-8
