解决office 2007 安装过程中的 1706 错误

1.下载 windows installer

2.由于我之前机器安装了 vs2008， 

可以看到

(All Users)Microsoft Office MUI(Chinese(Simplified))2007

3.卸载

类似已有Office MUI

4.在点击安装office 2007 ok
