BabyFile is a purely local file manager application and does not upload user files to any cloud services. We hereby promise that we will not collect or transmit your file data without your consent. All file management, browsing, and operations are performed entirely on your local device.
We do not collect any file contents, nor do we access your personal files, photos, or any sensitive information.
II. Application Features
BabyFile provides the following on-device features to enhance your user experience:
Minimalist All-in-One Novel Reader
Supports TXT and EPUB formats with chapters, notes, highlights, and bookmarks, ensuring your reading privacy.
File Management & Privacy Protection
Supports file transfer, management, and operations. All file actions (such as copy, cut, delete, rename, etc.) are performed locally on your device. The app supports Private Folders, allowing you to protect sensitive files with passwords to ensure data security.
Comprehensive Compression & Decompression
Supports compression and extraction of multiple archive formats. All processing is performed locally, and no files are uploaded to any server.
Video Player & Music Player
Supports playback of various video and audio formats. All media files are stored locally and are not uploaded or shared.
Document Scanner
Scanned documents are saved directly to your local device and are never transmitted over the network.
PDF Features
Supports PDF viewing, image extraction, PDF-to-image conversion, and other operations. All PDF processing is performed locally.
III. File Transfer and Operations
BabyFile supports file transfer and sharing between devices via WiFi, SMB, iTunes, and other local methods. All transfers occur strictly within the local network and do not involve any external servers.
Your transferred file content is not collected, analyzed, or stored on any third-party servers.
IV. How We Use Your Data
BabyFile does not collect any personal file data. We only process necessary metadata (such as file name, size, and format) during app functionality to enable local operations such as sorting and searching.
To improve service quality and user experience, BabyFile may collect and analyze non-personal usage information, such as operation success/failure, feature usage, device type, and operating system version. This data is used solely to optimize features, fix potential bugs, and improve user experience.
