windows: vscode集成codex:安装插件

一，打开扩展市场，安装

输入Codex,在搜索结果中找到OpenAi，点：安装 按钮

安装完成后重启软件

二，使用codex

使用codex时有报错：

Unable to send message

Please open a folder or workspace to continue

说明此时vs没有打开项目，打开某个项目或目录即可
