milvus: 安装attu

一，官方代码地址：

二，docker方式安装/运行：

# docker run -p 13000:3000  -e MILVUS_URL=127.0.0.1:19530 zilliz/attu:latest

如下：

三，从浏览器访问：

访问:

http://127.0.0.1:13000/

注意：

此处访问可能会报错如下：

POST /api/v1/milvus/connect 401 Error: 14 UNAVAILABLE: No connection established (retried 3 times, 156ms)

原因：我们的attu是在docker中运行，此处的127.0.0.1会不起作用，替换成本地ip即可：

例如： 192.168.204.167
