一，报错信息

$ /usr/local/soft/python3.10.19/bin/pip3 install virtualenv

二，解决 ：给python安装上ssl模块

1,安装ssl的开发库:

# apt install libssl-dev

2,configure时指定ssl参数

# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/soft/python3.10.19 --enable-optimizations --with-openssl=/usr

3,安装：

# make && make install

4,测试效果：

# /usr/local/soft/python3.10.19/bin/python3 -c "import ssl;print(ssl.OPENSSL_VERSION)"
