IDEA使用maven打javaweb生成war包速度慢的问题解决

这主要是每次都需要去下载相关依赖，所以速度会很慢，使用阿里的镜像

找到maven安装地址然后一般都会把conf中的settings.xml文件进行拷出来进行修改，这里打开settings.xml

网上找个好几个镜像，这个是亲测可以用的

速度12秒就可以啦，当时没有使用阿里镜像的时候需要2分钟多一点
