The heart of the agile data menthod is its philosophies and the changes that those philosophies imply for the

way that software developers approach their jobs.The first step is to recognize that you have a problem,

many organizations have a serious problem with respect to how their application developers and data professionals

work together on one level, as well as how project team members work together with enterprise team members on another level.
