Windows版Nginx启动失败之1113: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page

Windows版Nginx启动一闪，进程中未发现nginx进程，查看nginx日志，提示错误为1113: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page

解决方法：将nginx放在非中文目录下重新启动即可
