  1. 下载anaconda (Anaconda3-5.2.0-Windows-x86_64.exe)
    https://repo.continuum.io/archive/
    anaconda参考文档:https://www.jianshu.com/p/eaee1fadc1e9
  2. 打开Anaconda Prompt,设置清华镜像源
    conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/     
    conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
  3. 创建一个新的python虚拟环境
    conda create -n tensorflow python=3.6.5
    创建成功之后切换
    activate tensorflow
    4)下载tensorflow (tensorflow-1.12.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl)
    https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/tensorflow/
    pip install tensorflow-1.12.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl 安装tensorflow
    5)测试
    测试:

    在Anaconda Prompt窗口中输入: python

    进入python后输入:

    import tensorflow as tf

    sess = tf.Session()

    a = tf.constant(10)

    b= tf.constant(12)

    sess.run(a+b)
6) pip install matplotlib
7)下载示例代码

8)运行"识别手写数字的神经网络"demo,
python mnist_1.0_softmax.py
