The Plan
John sat at his desk, staring at the photo of his late father. His eyes traced the familiar features,a bittersweet smile tugging at his lips.He had promised his father on his deathbed that he would make the person responsible for the car accident pay for his actions. The accident had been no accident—it was a hit-and-run,and the driver had never been caught.
Now,John had a plan.He had found out who the driver was—a man named Robert.Robert was a high-powered executive with connections, but John was determined to bring him down.He had spent weeks observing Robert’s routine, learning his habits, waiting for the perfect moment.
Tonight was the night.John waited in the shadows outside Robert’s house, his heart pounding in his chest. He had a knife hidden in his jacket, but he didn’t plan on using it.No,this would be a different kind of revenge.
When Robert stepped out of his house,John followed him, keeping a safe distance. He watched as Robert got into his car and drove away.John followed, his mind racing with anticipation.
He followed Robert to a dimly lit parking garage. As Robert got out of his car,John approached him from behind. He tapped Robert on the shoulder, and when Robert turned around,John swung the knife, slashing Robert’s tires. He then poured fuel on Robert’s car and lit it on fire.
John watched as Robert’s car burned, satisfaction washing over him.He had taken everything from his father, and now John had taken everything from him.
He turned and walked away, the photo of his father still clutched tightly in his hand.
