原因：许可证license信息无效，可能卡机造成。

解决：

　　1、找到目录：C:\Users\用户\.borland

　　2、找到registry.slm 文件，目前应该大小显示 0kb

　　3、删除registry.slm文件，重新打开Delphi即可。
