js jquery 获取浏览器屏幕宽度高度

每次获取浏览宽度就让自己很头疼，那么多width，到底那个是自己需要的？

看了一下里面截图，很难受，自己截下图，方便记忆。

window屏幕的高度和宽度 window.screen.height window.screen.width



window工作区高度和宽度 window.screen.availHeight window.screen.availWidth

 上面图片去掉类似这样的任务栏就是的。
