问题1:

(1)std::cout是std::ostream类的实例,std::ofstream是std::ostream的派生类,基类引用可以绑定任意派生类对象,所以write()能统一处理std::cout和std::ofsream
  (2) 不需要修改

问题2:

第一处:

throw std::runtime_error("fail to open " + filename);
打开输出文件失败
第二处:
std::ifstream is(filename);
if (!is)
throw std::runtime_error("fail to open " + filename);
抛出异常情况:打开输入文件失败
被try-catch捕获

可以替代

功能上:内部逻辑和排序规则不变

性能上:两者均为值传递比较,无额外开销

结果一致

问题4:

 部分代码读取错误

原因:load()函数中while(is>>seq>>t)依赖流的正常状态,一旦某行读取失败,流状态变成fail,循环直接终止
