问题描述： 弹窗被遮罩层挡住 （vue + element IE浏览器）
原因： fixed 元素标签 的 父级祖级元素存在 动画 animation 或 transition 导致 Zindex 错乱
方法：去除 父级祖级 的动画 animation 或 transition
