Can't spawn "cmd.exe": No such file or directory at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm

找不系统的cmd.exe,添加环境变量即可，在系统环境变量中添加：
变量名：PATH
变量值：C:\Windows\System32\;C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

General中：设置字体大小，编辑器主题等

Build中：设置编译器选项，XeLaTex

Editor中：Indentation Mode 设置为Keep Indention，这样复制文字到编辑器里不会变样

　　　　default font encoding utf-8

　　　　automatic encoding detection 去掉！！！！

添加执行文件路径即可
系统变量PATH 中添加，C:\texlive\2015\bin\win32
