报这个错的原因可能有很多种，这里是其中一种解决方法：

 

下方的Server列表中，选中要使用的Server，双击（右键Open/F3）打开服务器配置

 

 

 显示以下界面

 

 其中的Tomcat admin port，安装时我没有设置，默认一个短横杠，把它设置为8005即可，当然，其它任何没有被占用的端口都可以
