A Two-Day Trip to Nanchang
(修改前):During the May Day holiday, I went on a tour of many places in Nanchang with three classmates from my class. We had a great time. Our first stop was Bayi Square. From the moment we got up in the morning until we arrived at the scenic spot, we were full of excitement. Traveling with peers really made us happy. Even the huge crowds in the subway station didn't make us want to turn back.
(AI :Anticipation had been building up within us for days, and as the day of departure dawned, an electric current of excitement coursed through our veins. From the instant we sprang out of bed in the morning, our chatter was filled with eager speculations about the day ahead. The thought of exploring new places with friends our age made our hearts dance with joy. Even when we were swallowed up by the sea of people in the subway station, the prospect of adventure kept our spirits high, and not for a single moment did we entertain the idea of turning back.)
The hot weather and the crowded people made us a bit annoyed at first. But after we watched the fountain show in front of Bayi Square, our tiredness and unhappiness disappeared. We took photos together and took many nice pictures of each other.
Our second stop was the Memorial Hall of Zhu Da, Eight - Great - Mountain - Man. When we entered the scenic area, we were amazed by the beautiful scenery and various buildings. As we walked around, we felt like experiencing the life of ancient people. (修改前):When we were resting on a nearby chair, we suddenly saw an elderly couple taking photos. The husband was taking pictures of his wife. The gentle breeze blew across the lake, creating ripples, and the old lady's hair fluttered in the wind. This scene was so beautiful. Having a loved one by your side, walking and traveling together is truly wonderful. It also made us realize that we should seize our youth to fully experience life, travel more, and spend more time with friends.
AI: (While taking a breather on a nearby bench, our eyes were drawn to an elderly couple. The husband, with a camera in hand, was carefully adjusting the settings, his eyes filled with tenderness. The wife stood before him, a soft smile playing on her lips. At that moment, a gentle breeze swept across the lake, sending ripples dancing across its surface. The old lady's silver - streaked hair fluttered in the wind, and in that simple, unguarded moment, a picture of timeless love was painted before our eyes. It was a scene so serene and beautiful that it took our breath away. Watching them, we were struck by the simple yet profound truth that having a beloved by your side, sharing the journey of life, is a precious gift. It also spurred us on to make the most of our youth, to embrace every adventure that came our way, and to cherish the time spent with friends.)
The next day, we went to Tengwang Pavilion. Unfortunately, we didn't get tickets and could only stroll around below. This made us a bit disappointed. However, the magnificent building of Tengwang Pavilion made us admire the ancients even more. It also made us believe that staying there to visit was the right choice. On the way back, the scenes of our tour were still vivid in our minds. On the subway, we looked at the photos we took then, and smiles unconsciously appeared on our faces.
These two - day trips were very meaningful to me. It was not only the joy of traveling with peers, but also the admiration for the beautiful scenery of these scenic spots.
