Patch Missing/Required in SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard

 1.Issue.

 and  download and install the missing hotfix or patchs,but get "it is already installed on this system".

2.Run PSConfig without checking hotfix.

　　psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd -installcheck -noinstallcheck

3.Trigger job to check products and components.

　　get-spproduct - local

4.Repair the compoment with installler and run windows update again.
