Teamcenter AWC 设置最大上传文件大小

Documentation was carried over from 12.2 to 12.3 which is incorrect via the change to Microservices.
The process has changed and the location of files and where the files are at have also changed.

File location:
%TC_ROOT%\microservices\gateway-1.1.0\config.json file


Adding to the FMS section:   maxUploadFileSizeLimit: 134217728
