Teamcenter GraphQL Service Bad gateway

It seems that you have IP v6 enabled. Currently IP v6 is not supported for GraphQL service. An ER has been already filed for the same. Please disable IP v6 by following the below steps and then check if this works at your end:-

 

1. Open the registry editor.  Press Windows key + R. In the Run dialog box, type  regedit  and click  OK .
2. In the Registry editor, navigate to  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE  >  SYSTEM  >  CurrentControlSet  >  Services  >  TCPIP6  >  Parameters .
3. Create a new DWORD.
1. Right-click on  Parameters , select  New , then  DWORD (32-bit) .
2. Set the name to  DisabledComponents  and press Enter.
3. Right-click on the new entry and select  Modify . Set the  Hex value  to  FFFFFFFF  and click  OK .
4. Reboot the machine.
