ifcopenshell环境搭建

IfcOpenShell-0.4.0-rc2源码编译，这里列出依赖文件结构

1.包含模块为：

IfcConvert
IfcGeom
IfcMax
3ds Max SDK
IfcOpenHouse
IfcParse
IfcParseExamples
IfcPython

2.整个方案依赖的库为：

3ds max sdk  (SDK_3dsMax2013.msi)

boost(boost_1_57_0)

ICU（http://site.icu-project.org/download）
