一、Interpersonal Skills
含义
Interpersonal skills = 人际沟通能力、人际交往能力
包括：
- Communication
- Empathy
- Teamwork
- Conflict resolution
- Listening
- Giving feedback
它强调的是
人与人之间沟通协作的能力。
不是 relationship。
和 Relationship 的区别
Relationship
人与人的关系
Interpersonal skills
建立、维护这些关系所需要的能力
例如：
He has great interpersonal skills.
不是
He has great relationships.
你的理解（正确）
它强调的是
Do something to reach better collaboration.
即：
通过沟通能力获得更好的合作结果。
这一理解是正确的。
二、Affirm、Agree、Confirm 三者区别（★★★★★）
这是今天最大的收获之一。
① Agree
表示：
我同意你的观点。
例如：
I agree with you.
关注：
观点（Opinion）
② Confirm
表示：
确认事实
例如：
Let’s confirm the meeting room.
意思：
确认会议室是否已经预定。
它确认的是：
Facts
Information
Schedules
Arrangements
不是支持别人。
所以：
Confirm ≠ Agree
③ Affirm
Affirm 很多人都会误会。
它不是：
我同意。
它更偏：
我认可你。
例如：
别人表达：
I feel really frustrated.
你可以说：
I can understand that.
I affirm how you feel.
意思不是：
我同意。
而是：
你的感受是真实的。
你的感受值得被认可。
它更多带有：
Emotion
Support
Validation
所以：
Agree
↓
同意观点
Affirm
↓
认可感受、价值、立场
这一点非常重要。
三、Conflict Resolution
意思：
解决冲突。
面试高频。
相关表达：
Conflict resolution
解决冲突
比较 Native 的表达：
Let’s talk it through.
意思：
不是：
你说。
我说。
而是：
把事情聊透。
一起把事情讲清楚。
还可以说：
Let’s work through it.
也是非常自然。
四、Flatter
表示：
奉承。
拍马屁。
阿谀奉承。
例如：
AI tends to flatter people.
你后来自己改出来的句子其实更自然：
AI tends to agree with you and flatter you.
更进一步，
我建议：
AI tends to be too agreeable and flattering.
这个非常自然。
五、AI 为什么不用复数
这是一个非常好的问题。
一般：
Computers are…
Phones are…
都是复数。
但是：
AI
通常表示：
Artificial Intelligence（一个概念）
属于：
不可数概念。
因此：
AI is…
最自然。
如果表示多个系统：
可以说：
AI systems are…
而不是：
AIs are…
虽然 AIs 有时存在，但很少见。
六、I’m on someone’s side
你当时说：
I’m on the pro somebody.
这个不自然。
正确表达：
I’m on his side.
我站他那边。
或者：
I’m with him.
支持他的观点。
还有：
I see his point.
我理解他的观点。
以及：
I see where he’s coming from.
我理解他为什么这么想。
这是非常 Native 的表达。
七、Fair Point（★★★★★）
今天最值得学的表达之一。
不是：
Fire point
而是：
Fair point.
意思：
你说得有道理。
例如：
That’s a fair point.
然后继续：
Let me refine my answer.
比：
Let me reconsider
更自然。
因为：
reconsider
有一种：
我刚才错了。
我要重新考虑。
而：
refine
表示：
我补充一下。
我优化一下。
非常适合：
面试
辩论
会议
发音
Fair
/fɛr/
类似：
air
Fire
/faɪər/
完全不同。
八、Tempo 【temple是寺庙】
Tempo
原意：
节奏。
速度。
后来引申：
工作的推进节奏。
项目节奏。
九、Typo（★★★★★）
今天最大的知识点之一。
Typo
=
Typographical Error
缩写。
意思：
打字错误。
拼写错误。
例如：
Sorry, it’s just a typo.
很多人误以为：
Type

实际上不是。
而是：
Typographical Error
缩写。
Typography
则表示：
字体设计。
排版设计。
跟 Typo 不是一个意思。
十、Priority
你说：
Take less priority
不自然。
更自然：
It’s a lower priority.
或者：
Soft skills are less important.
十一、I think
不要说：
As I think
非常奇怪。
应该：
I think…
或者：
As I see it…
表示：
从我的角度来看。
十二、Outperform
表示：
表现优于。
例如：
AI outperformed humans.
反义词：
Underperform
表现不佳。
表现低于预期。
这是非常规律的一组词。
十三、All + Not（★★★★★）
今天又一个重要知识点。
你说：
They are all not right.
不自然。
原因不是：
双重否定。
而是：
All
和
Not
容易造成歧义。
母语者一般避免。
如果全部错误：
直接说：
They are all wrong.
或者：
None of them is correct.
如果只有部分错误：
说：
Not all of them are correct.
表示：
不是全部正确。
一个简单记忆
不要写：
All + Not
尽量改写。
十四、Legal Accountability
非常好的商务表达。
Legal accountability
法律责任。
法律追责。
例如：
AI lacks legal accountability.
还可以：
It’s concerning that AI lacks legal accountability.

今天最好用的高级句式之一。
表示：
值得担忧的是……
例如：

它不是：

而是：
比：

更有力量。
带有：
警示。
提醒。
担忧。
十六、Inaccurate vs Incorrect（★★★★★）
很多中国人都会混。
Incorrect
表示：
错误。
完全错。
例如：
Wrong answer.
Inaccurate
表示：
不够准确。
有偏差。
例如：
Numbers are inaccurate.
可能：
90%
95%
98%
都有可能。
只是：
不够精确。
一句话记忆：
Incorrect

错。

十七、Incorrect 没有常用名词
Incorrect
是：
形容词。
没有常用名词。
如果想表达：

通常直接说：

或者：
Mistake
不要硬找：
incorrect 的名词。

意思：
使……
适应未来。
例如：

或者：

这里：

整体可以当：
动词。
注意：
不是：

自己是动词。
而是：

已经演变成了一个动词。
