Dealing with Ambiguity

Skilled: Effectively cope with change,  can switch gear comfortably

Remedies

Embrace Incrementalism: shooting in the dark with as informed a decision as you can make at the time. people who are good at this are incrementalists. they make series of smaller decisions, get instant feedback and correct the course, get a little more data, move forward a little more, until the bigger problem is under control instead working with mindset that to get everything right at the first time
Avoid being Perfectionist: avoid doing everthing, setting the priority items and prioritize often
Problem Defintion: bucket and categorize the unknown such as follow up items requires further clarity, risks, assumption, constraints, get as firm a handle as possible using organziing buckets.

Career Ambition

Unskilled - Unsure what (s)he wants out of career, Not understand how careers advance, A poor marketer do not know how to get noticed, Stuck in comfort zone, don't want to make sacrifice
