动态规划：区间规划 dp[i][j]表示区间的dp值，线性规划 整个dp一维数组表示

use english ,think english is anthoer important part

1.difference between length&size in C++:

same in string count size,but size can also use in vector type.

special part: most solution will use dp[i][j] interval programming ,but it can use linear programming
