the state manage is big problem in the web developing,the exchange of client and server also is hard,because of crson of  unstate of HTTP,
what is the objects of state manage?
we conside a form can be in one of several states,content-editeable,lock.how the state can be shared by other form
when the state of form is locked,used array such as _state[__MAX_STATE],but is stupid method,yeah, i found good way to solute it---------------state behavior.
