Pycharm无法导入安装CV2包注意事项
一、在安装CV2时若报错pip版本问题，则应该通过cmd找到安装的Python解释器路径执行命令：
pip install --upgrade pip
二、如果pip安装成功还报错：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cv2 (from versions: none)
解决方案：
不能直接搜索cv安装，而应该搜索opencv-python进行安装
