Project Manager (Beijing/Xi’an)
Responsibilities:

-           Define and prepare project plans (PMP, CMP)

-           Execute and monitor projects

-           Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes

-           Define project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members

-           Perform Technical reviews

 

Qualifications:

-           Engineer / MCA with excellent academic credentials

-           Familiar with SCRUM or other Agile Methodologies

-           6-10 years experience in reputed software companies

-           Experience in managing technical projects in enterprise technologies-.Net

-           Estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture

-           Strong foundation in SDLC concepts & exposure to quality processes

-           Experience in dealing working with clients-requirement analysis, project communications, and documentations.

-           Excellent communications skills required. English speaking a must.

-           Very strong customer-facing skills and experience working on client sites

-           A creative, problem-solving approach to your work and a strong attention to detail

-           Multinational companies working experience is a plus.

.NET Technical Team Leader (Beijing/Xi’an)

Responsibilities:

-           Lead a project team of software engineers to deliver solutions to client based on software requirement specifications 

-           Interface with client and project managers in the US or Europe to understand client requirements and feedback

-           Author technical documents in English

-           Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including writing of proposals and delivery of presentations in English

 

Qualifications:

-           5+ years experience in commercial software development after receiving the BS degree, or equivalent years with higher degrees

-           Ability to architect vertical slices of an enterprise level software based on MS .Net architecture, DCOM/COM+ architecture or a horizontal layer of such software. 

-           Hands-on experience with leading edge .NET technologies, especially Enterprise Service, Cluster Server, WSE, O/R Mapping, Distributed Transaction, and NUnit/NAnt.

-           Experience in software development processes, including implementing major improvements 

-           Good English

-           Able to travel to client site, often in the US or Europe
