4 、安装补丁KB4457144

 

 

5、wpf 报错 排查

6、查找报错原因

程序中使用了

   <Border.Background>
       <ImageBrush ImageSource="/Assets/backgroud.jpg" Stretch="Uniform" />
   </Border.Background>

　　右键记事本查看backgroud.jpg

 原本是webp格式的就改了个格式为.jpg

7、win7 sp1 安装webp库

https://storage.googleapis.com/downloads.webmproject.org/releases/webp/WebpCodecSetup.exe

完成！win7 sp1 中 运行界面如下
