Conflicting schemaIds: Identical schemaIds detected for types A and B. See config settings - "CustomSchemaIds" for a workaround

原因分析：swagger生成API时，如果类名相同(即使在不同的命名空间)就会报错(CustomSchemaIds冲突)

解决方法：在Starup的ConfigureServices中加入如下配置
