叶子类目校验:发布商品前务必校验目标类目是否为叶子类目
属性缓存:类目属性数据量大,建议按类目分别缓存
错误重试:网络异常时实现指数退避重试
权限管理:天猫商家需额外调用 itemcats.authorize.get 校验授权类目
