Cisco ACI环境下光模块不支持看收发光

即使在fabric下开启了DOM后，仍无法显示收发光

而在传统Nexus上能可以正常看到收发光的，最终确认原因是ACI环境下对QSFP-40G-SR-BD天生不支持看收发光
所以，没戏了

从说明中来看，所有ACI环境中的Nexus series都不支持QSFP-40G-SR-BD 看收发光，such a bad design
