Still, I am not patient. I like move quickly, sometimes more quickly than is prudent. In my haste, I am prone to forget or disregard protocol. In my haste, I might not communicate as completely as I should.
I am a perfectionist. I am overly self-critical and often demand more of myself than is possible. I expect nearly as much of others as of myself. I am outspoken and quick to speak, even when a period of calm or silence would best resolve the situation.
I have difficulty working for someone whom I don't respect, or for a cause in which I don't believe. I will not lie or fib to please others, and instead sometimes air my opinions when silent agreement would expedite the accomplishment of the task at hand.
Finally, I have gaps in my business training and business skills. In investment banking and private equity I have employed financial analysis skills, and yet my understanding is incomplete due to limited financial coursework. I have on-the-job experience, but have not undergone a training program or classical academic business training. I have built up industry understanding in wireless software and a few other areas, but I do not have in-depth knowledge of most areas of business or the broad perspective gained by study of a comprehensive business curriculum.
