To successfully install 9.10 Stand Alone, follow these steps:

1. Install .NET 2.0 Client Runtime for 64 Bits (I'm using Windows XP 64). Reboot the machine.
2. Download the Oracle 11GR2 32 Bit Windows Client Install. When installing, select RUNTIME option. After install was finished, again, reboot the machine.
3. Proceed to install Oracle Database via Install Manager. After that, reboot when prompted.
