首先应确认本地Sql 的Configation Manager中的Sql Service服务运行正常。如果不能显示Service请安装R2 Sp1补丁。
然后进入,选择Surface Area Configuration For Service and Connections
重新启动Service.
接着使用下图Server Name 登录Sql
一般按照上面的顺序操作就可解决此issue。
但如果还是不能进入Sql并且提示：
Cannot connect to SQLEXPRESS.
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an
error occurred during the login process. (provider: Shared Memory
Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.)
(Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 233)
