1 项目概述

1.1 项目背景

在过去的几年里XXX已有部分监控产品可对业务进行一定程度的监控，随着业务发展，这些监控产品已不能满足当前运维管理的需求：监控颗粒度粗，无法满足关键需求；监控产品覆盖面不足，缺少预警功能，无法提前干预；缺少统一监控平台，各监控产品信息各自为政，无法及时全面获得各业务运行情况等。

随着XXX业务需求的迅猛增加，业务服务质量要求的进一步提高，基础架构监控和应用系统监控存在的问题严重制约了IT运维质量的有效提高，迫切需要一个功能更加强大的监控系统，以保障IT基础架构及系统更加安全、连续、可靠、有效地运行。

1.2 编写目的

本文主要提供对XXX应用运营监控项目SCAPM Agent的安装文档，详细描述了Agent安装和配置过程，供需要安装Agent的工作人员参考使用。

2 安装概述

本文主要提供对XXX应用运营监控项目SCAPM Agent安装文档，详细描述了Agent的安装和配置过程，请相关安装agent人员在安装前确定，需要安装那种类型的agent，是监控操作系统的OS agent、监控应用的Application Server Agent还是监控数据库的Oracle agent。所需要安装的操作系统是windows 还是linux 和unix 平台，如果是windows 是平台，请参考在WINDOWS平台上安装agent 章节；如果是linux 和unix 平台上安装，请参考在LINUX/UNIX平台上安装agent章节。安装过程包括配置和启动。安装后到TEP上查看节点出现没有，采集数据是否正常参考第7章。最后，安装完毕后，请记得把安装的介质删除，释放空间！！

2.1 安装前检查

1．检查操作系统类型。根据操作系统类型选择正确的agent 和参考正确的安装章节。

2．检查需要安装的agent类型。根据操类型选择正确的agent 和参考正确的安装章节。

3．查看主机名是否有和其他主机有重复。特别是localhost主机名的，请修改。

4．查看空间是否足够。

5．规划安装路径，默认为 /data /IBM/ITM/ (linux/unix) E:\IBM\ITM (windows)

6． ping itmserver.zte.intra 查看网络连通性。不通协调开通。

7． telnet 10.30.13.102 1918查看端口连通性。不通协调开通。

2.2 相关介质存放路径

1．介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25上

2．对于windows操作系统上安装监控agent 请到以下路径下载介质：

/BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/Windows/

l microagent_for_win.zip 监控iis

l oracleagent_10i11i_for_win.zip 监控10i和11i的oracle数据库的oracle agent

l oracleagent_9i_for_win.zip 监控9i的oracle数据库的oracle agent

3．对于linux 和unix操作系统上安装监控agent 请到以下路径下载介质：

3 安装配置OS Agent

3.1 在WINDOWS平台上安装Agent

3.1.1 安装前准备

安装ITM windows Agent之前需要经过一些准备工作，包括:

（1）上传安装介质到适当位置。

介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25上 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/Windows/osagent_for_win.zip

下载后介质存放在本机的路径请注意不要存在有中文字符的路径下，不然安装会报错。

（2）查看概述里面的注意事项。

3.1.2 正式安装

1、点击setup.exe开始安装，如下：

2、出现下图，选择下一步。

3、出现下图，选择下一步。

4、出现下图，选择“我接受许可协议中的全部条款”，点击下一步。

5、出现下图，选择安装路径。默认为C:\IBM\ITM，可以点击右侧的浏览按钮修改安装位置，这里不作修改，选择默认位置，点击下一步。

6、出现下图，输入键值，这里选择默认，不作修改，直接选择下一步即可。

7、出现下图对话框，点击确定。

8、出现下图，选择你要安装的Agent，通常第一个Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Agent Framework系统会捆绑选上，不用管，这里选择你要安装的其他Agent即可，通常在windows 平台上需要安装Monitoring Agent for windows os 和 Universal Agent。选好之后，点击下一步。

9、出现下图，选择下一步。

10、出现下图，查看刚才安装所做的选择，直接选择下一步。

11、正在安装。如下图。

12、安装完后系统会自动开始配置，如下图，选择下一步。

13、输入Agent指向TEMS所在机器的主机名或者IP地址。

这里需要输入itmserver.zte.intra

14、点击确定完成配置，通常agent 会自动运行，查看一下窗口，确认是否在运行，如下图，如果没有可以手动启动。

15、ITM管理界面的打开，通过下图所示路径打开ITM管理界面。

16、在管理界面中选中Agent，然后点击绿灯图标为启动，点击红灯图标为关闭，关闭后的状态为如果有小人在跑，即为Agent正在运行。

3.2 在LINUX/UNIX平台上安装Agent

在linux 和unix平台上安agent装都是通过命令行安装，大体过程一样，不同于windows平台的是在选择需要的Agent以及配置、启动时使用的产品标识号不一样，做相应替换即可。

产品标识号um 代表UA ；ul代表UNIX LOG agent ；ux 代表 UNIX OS agent；lz代表 linux OS agent。

3.2.1 安装Unix OS Agent

1．安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/osagent_for_linux.tar.gz

2．上空间大小：查看文件系统可用空间，以保证安装空间，大约需要200MB的空间。

3．存放和解压介质空间可能比较大（上传和压缩介质可能占用到5G空间），建议上传介质前查看一下系统看空间，避免撑爆系统空间，安装完毕的介质和介质解压可以删除释放空间。

4．上传介质到合适的地方。

5．解压安装包：tar -zxvf osagent_for_linux.tar.gz

6．开始安装：

1) #./install.sh

2) 选择安装路径。（默认为：[ default = /opt/IBM/ITM ]）

确认安装路径。选1

3.2.2 配置Unix OS Agent

1．图形化配置参考3.2.9 图形化配置和启动

2．进入Agent 安装目录的bin目录下。输入命令

./itmcmd config –A ux

3．是否连接到TEMS。选1，然后输入需要指向的 itmserver.zte.intra

4．接下来的几个步骤都选择默认，都是回车。

5．启动Agent

启动命令：./itmcmd agent start ux

查看运行状态：./cinfo –r

3.2.3 安装Linux OS Agent

1．安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/osagent_for_linux.tar.gz

3.2.9 图形化配置和启动

1、运行进入到agent安装路径下的bin目录下 ./itmcmd manage

2、打开配置界面，选中要配置的agent 然后右键选择配置。

3、在TEMS主机名里面填写指向的server端主机名：itmserver.zte.intra。然后点击保存。

4、配置完后，装着需要启动的agent右键选择启动。

4 安装配置Oracle agent

本章节主要提供对中兴通讯应用运营监控项目Oracle agent安装，详细描述了agent的安装和配置过程，请相关安装agent人员在安装前确定，所需要安装的监控的Oracle数据库版本，如果是10.0或以上版本的：请采用oracleagent_10i11i_for_linux.tar介质安装，并且配置的时候参考《4.3.1 Oracle 10版本配置Oracle Agent》章节；如果是9.0版本：请采用oracleagent_9i_for_linux.tar介质安装，并且配置的时候参考《4.3.2Oracle 9版本配置Oracle Agent》章节。安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/下。

两个版本的安装过程一样，配置过程不一样。

4.1 安装Oracle Agent

在linux 和unix平台上安oracle agent装都是通过命令行安装，大体过程一样。安装前请确认oracle 的版本,如果是10.0和以上版本的：请采用oracleagent_10i11i_for_linux.tar介质安装，并且配置的时候参考《4.3.1 Oracle 10版本配置Oracle Agent》章节；如果是9版本：请采用oracleagent_9i_for_linux.tar介质安装，并且配置的时候参考《4.3.2 Oracle 9版本配置Oracle Agent》章节。安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/下。

4.2 给agent授权

ITCAM for oracle agent 对Oracle的监控，需要在Oracle 数据库上给agent创建用户与角色，并给用户授权。用户和密码为了以后运维方便，统一为：tivoli/tivoli。同时还要运行agent提供的授权文件。授权文件的名称和oracle版本对应要求如下。此所有授权操作请数据库管理员进行操作。

安装前请确认oracle 的版本：

l Oracle 10.0和以上版本的：为krzgrant.sql文件

l Oracle 9版本：为korgrant.sql文件

授权步骤概述如下：

1) 找到你对应版本的授权文件，和名称，记下路径。参考：安装前请确认oracle 的版本

2) 切换到oracle用户下su – oracle

3) 进入1)找到的授权文件所在的路径

4) 运行sqlplus "/ as sysdba"

5) 创建用户，运行create user tivoli identified by tivoli;

4.3 配置Oracle Agent

Oracle agent的配置也根据版本有不通的配置方法。

l Oracle 10.0和以上版本的：参考4.3.1章

l Oracle 9版本：参考4.3.2章

4.3.1 Oracle 10版本配置Oracle Agent

1) 进入Agent 安装目录的bin目录下。

按照下图的的，方法，点开如下界面，如果看到 server status 和collection status 都为Active 证明状态正常，如果不是，需要排除错误。

5 安装配置IIS agent

1．安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25上 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/Windows/ microagent_for_win.zip

2．注意下载后介质存放在本机的路径请注意不要存在有中文字符的路径下，不然安装会报错。

3．解压安装包

4．点击setup.exe开始安装：

5．出现下图，选择“我接受许可协议中的全部条款”，点击下一步。

6．出现下图，选择安装路径。默认为C:\IBM\ITM，可以点击右侧的浏览按钮修改安装位置，这里不作修改，选择默认位置，点击下一步。

7．出现下图，输入键值，这里选择默认，不作修改，直接选择下一步即可。

8．出现下图对话框，点击确定。

9．默认选择下一步

10．选择如下的安装组件,然后点击下一步。

11．查看安装信息，点击下一步。

12．点击是。

13．点击下一步。

14．设置监控httperror的日志，一般为默认（要查看该目录是否存在）。然后点击确定

15．点击完成，完成安装。完成安装会弹出配置界面，如果没有弹出配置界面，也可用通过第15步的界面打开。

16． 13、输入Agent指向TEMS所在机器的主机名或者IP地址。这里需要输入itmserver.zte.intra

17．点击确定完成配置，通常agent 会自动运行，查看一下窗口，确认是否在运行，如下图，如果没有可以手动启动。

18． ITM管理界面的打开，通过下图所示路径打开ITM管理界面。

19．在管理界面中选中Agent，然后点击绿灯图标为启动，点击红灯图标为关闭，关闭后的状态为如果有小人在跑，即为Agent正在运行。

6 安装配置WAS agent

6.1 安装WAS agent for WAS 6.1和补丁包

1．安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/wasagent_for_linux.tar

2．上传介质到合适的地方。

3．解压安装包：tar -xvf wasagent_for_linux.tar

4．输入./install.sh开始安装

5．输入安装路径，并确认(/opt/tivoli/ITCAM) 选择产品安装在本地上选择1.

6．经过确认协议后，提示需要安装必备的软件，默认安装，选择1.

7．安装完必备的包后，下一步选择1。

8．是否正确选择那里选择1，接下来选择1 。

9．是否正确选择那里选择1，是否安装其他产品选择2 。接下来安装默认直至安装完成。

安装补丁包的过程和上面一样。

补丁包介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/wasagent_for_linux-IF0011.tar，请重复以上的过程把补丁包安装上去。

6.2 配置WAS agent for WAS 6.1

1．进入was的安装路径的bin 目录下。

2．运行./itmcmd manage 打开管理界面

3．点击ITCAM 节点右键，选择配置

4．选择第一个配置，配置Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Agent 然后下一步。

5．节点标识为自定义，然后点击下一步。

6．选择响应文件，然后点击下一步。

7．点击确定。

8．配置监控server的IP，点击保存

itmserver.zte.intra

9．重新选择该agent点击配置。

10．回到第4步的界面，选择配置应用服务器中的数据收集器

11．将“启动与管理服务器通讯……”把勾去掉。

12．点击下一步

13．如图选择

14．如图勾选。

15．下面可以选择需要的服务器。勾选。（如果是要下次增加，就要近来勾选，然后重配重启，包括was）。注意：主机名要输入装有was控制台的机器IP。

20．最后点击保存退出。配置完WAS agent 后要节点同步和重启was 。

6.3 安装WAS agent for WAS 8.5

6.3.1 linux安装WAS agent

1、安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/LinuxandUnix/ was85agent_for_linux.tar.gz

2、下载介质到合适的地方。

3、解压安装包：tar -xzvf was85agent_for_linux.tar.gz

4、输入./install.sh开始安装，如下所示，下面标红色表标粗的地方注意选择

6.3.2 6.3.2 window安装WAS agent

1.安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /public/BSM项目/IBM/系统监控软件Agent/Windows/ ITCAM_AGT_FOR_WEBSP_APP_7.2_WIN_EN.zip

2.下载介质到合适的地方。

3.解压安装包并开始安装（解压包之前，注意关闭麦咖啡），如下图所示

4.选择接受协议

5.选择需要安装的组件，如下图所示选择

6.配置数据采集器指向

7.选择安装“Dada Collector”

8.选择“q”退出，使用1.3的方法配置DC

6.4配置WAS agent for WAS 8.5

用VNC方式登录服务器，打开终端，设置java_home变量，其值为was安装目录下的java路径。（window的启动cmd）

Windows：set JAVA_HOME=D: /IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java

Linux： export JAVA_HOME=/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java

2. 进入到IBM was监控的安装目录，本例为/IBMAgent/IBM/ITM/dchome/7.2.0.0.1/bin,启动config.sh(windows：config.bat),进入如下图所示：（window的类似）

3.按照下面截图所示进行配置

4.输入登录was控制台的账号和密码

5.选择需要配置的server

6.选择是否需要SOA集成，这个选择“否”

7.选择是否与“WAS”集成，这里选“是”，主机名默认为本机，端口为63335.

8.选择是否与“MS”、“TT”、“Tivoli Performance Viewer”集成，这里都选择“否”

9. 选择是否与“ITCAM诊断工具”、“制定垃圾回收日志文件路径名”集成，这里都选择“否”

10．确认配置

11.选择“a”确认和保存所有配置

12.重启WAS的server（对于多个server，需要每个server重启），并重启WAS监控agent。

7 安装配置监控Agent(WRT)

7.1 WINDOWS平台上安装WRT Agent

在Agent安装之前请先安装好Winpcap。
WinPcap安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/ Windows / WinPcap_4_1_3.exe
点击WinPcap安装文件，打开以下界面，点击“Next”执行下一步操作。

选择“I Agree”跳转到下一个界面

钩选自启动项，点击“INSTALL”执行安装。

安装完成后点击“Finish”,安装结束。

安装完WinPcap后，将进行WRT的安装。在安装之前，请从FTP服务器上下载WRT安装介质： WRT Agent安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/ Windows /wrtagent_for_windows.zip
解压安装文件，点击“setup.exe”安装文件。

根据向导提示选择“”

指定需要监控的协议类型（HTTP、HTTPS或者所有的TCP）。

如果是使用端口镜像做远端监控的时候，请选择远端监控模式。如以下截图所示。

选择监控数据的处理方式，包括数据的收集、汇总和显示时间。以及保存数据的大小等。

7.2 Linux平台上安装WRT Agent

WRT Agent安装介质存放在FTP 服务器10.30.1.25 /BSM项目/系统监控软件Agent/ Windows /wrtagent_for_Linux.zip

如果是使用端口镜像做远端监控的时候，请选择远端监控模式。如以下截图所示。

默认选择

选择监控数据的处理方式，包括数据的收集、汇总和显示时间。以及保存数据的大小等。

8 安装后检查

安装后并且已经启动agent了，除了可以在启动的界面上查看agent的运行状态，还必须到TEP上查看agent的接到单是否出现，或者可以成功采集数据。

查看的方法为：

在浏览器里面输入http://10.30.13.102:1920/

点击登录

用账号为： sysadmin 密码为空

如图。在登录框内填入用户名（登录标识）和密码

进入到TEP界面后，查看刚刚安装的主机和agent都在左边的导航栏出现了没有，部分agent 还需要等待一段时间，等待时如果出现点击刷新一下，这是证明导航栏节点在更新。最终能在左边的导航栏看到，并且点击agent进去后可以采集到数据，证明agent安装成功。如果采集不到，需要排除原因。

如果采集不到，需要重启agent 或排除原因。

如果agent节点在TEP导航栏上显示不出来。原因有可能：

agent配置指向的主机错误（不是itmserver.zte.intra）解决方法为：改成正确的主机名
网络问题 ping 10.30.13.102 不通解决方法为：协调开通
有防火墙阻隔 telnet 10.30.13.102 1918 不通解决方法为：去掉防火墙1918 端口的阻隔

最后，安装完毕后，请记得把安装的介质删除，释放空间！！

9 卸载agent

9.1 卸载WINDOWS平台上的agent

卸载windows 平台上的agent，首先要关闭所有agent的运行。通过以下路径打开ITM管理界面。

在管理界面中选中所有agent，然后点击红灯图标将其关闭，关闭后的状态为如果有小人在跑，为agent正在运行，需要关闭。

关闭完agent后，打开windows的添加或删除程序界面，选择如图所选的地方，点击删除，进行卸载。

卸载真正进行。

选择除去，然后点击，下一步。

提示你卸载的内容，点击下一步，弹出确认卸载窗口，点击确定。

正在卸载中。

产品卸载完成点击完成退出。

这个时候在TEP上会相应的节点变灰，通知ITM管理员或自己把它清除脱机条目。在同一台主机下可能会有多个agent的节点变灰，都一并把它清除脱机条目。

自此windows平台的agent卸载完毕。

9.2 卸载LINUX/UNIX平台的agent

进入ITM安装路径:cd /opt/IBM/ITM/bin

查看哪些agent正在运行：./cinfo -r

关闭正在运行的agent：./itmcmd agent stop all

再次确认还有哪些agent没有被关闭：./cinfo –r

如果都已经关闭就可以开始卸载.

如果还有在运行的，可以再尝试关闭：./itmcmd agent stop lz

其中lz 为linux agent的产品标识 ;UA 为um ;

如果有Oracle agent 的需要用./ itmcmd agent –o 实例名 stop rz

例如：./itmcmd agent –o db2inst1 stop rz

当所有agent都关闭后可以卸载agent 运行脚本：./uninstall.sh

会提示你哪些agent可以卸载，选择需要卸载的agent的编号，然后按确定。

需要你确认是否卸载，输入1 然后回车。卸载完其中一个后，还是会回到提示你哪些agent可以卸载界面，继续选择下一个需要卸载的agent，然后卸载。剩下的操作和上面类似。

当完全卸载完毕后，系统会提示你要不要删除/opt/IBM/ITM 路径，选择确认删除。

卸载完，在TEP上会相应的节点变灰，通知ITM管理员或自己把它清除脱机条目。在同一台主机下可能会有多个agent的节点变灰，一并把它清除脱机条目。

自此LINUX/UNIX平台的agent卸载完毕。
