The specified framework version '2.0' could not be parsed 错误处理

今天在弄.NetCore EF Migartion 时候发生了这个问题，而这个问题是在上一次弄的时候没有出现过的。

就是这么个问题。

解决方案：

在程序的xxxx.csproj文件中添加一行xml

<RuntimeFrameworkVersion>2.0.3</RuntimeFrameworkVersion>
