无法打开 open a new function library

 

Open a new function library.

     If the Start Page window opens, in the Welcome! area, click New Function Library

     If QuickTest opens without displaying the Start Page window, choose File > New > Function Library or click the New button down arrow and choose Function Library.

 

均告失败，也没有看见有任何的动静；查找Google & Baidu，没有任何资料。最后在控制面板里面重新修复了Quick Test Professional 9.5一次就可以了。
