注册表开启或关闭ie浏览器-局域网设置-自动监测设置

开启：

  reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections" /v DefaultConnectionSettings /t REG_BINARY /d 46000000020000000900 /f

关闭：

  reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections" /v DefaultConnectionSettings /t REG_BINARY /d 46000000030000000100 /f
