There are numerous possible reasons for postgraduate tutor's Teflon-like

qualities. Perhaps the power of them is so monopolistic(determinaut) for a

graduate student's graduation that they can literally do something

excessive and not suffer any consequences. Perhaps the reason it's so hard

to shame them is that they appear to lack the capacity to feel shame.
