证明：

过点 \(F\) 作 \(h \parallel AB\)

\(\triangle BFI \sim \triangle BCD\)、\(\triangle AFH \sim \triangle ADC\)

\(\frac{FI}{CD}=\frac{BI}{BD}\)、\(\frac{HF}{CD}=\frac{AH}{AC}\)

\(\because AB\parallel h\parallel CD,\therefore \frac{AH}{HC}=\frac{BI}{ID}\rightarrow \frac{AH}{AC}=\frac{BI}{BD}\rightarrow \frac{HF}{CD}=\frac{FI}{CD}\)

\(\therefore HF=FI\)

所以 \(EF\) 是 \(\triangle EHI\) 的中线

三条平行线可以造就三组平行相似，可以保证直线 \(f\) 交 \(AB\) 中点 和 \(CD\) 中点.

证明过于繁琐，不知优解。
