 用户里新建环境变量
QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH

找到qt5_applications\Qt\plugins\platforms的路径,添加到环境变量里

我的是:

C:\Programs\Python\Python311\Lib\site-packages\qt5_applications\Qt\plugins\platforms
