My Dragon Boat Festival

The Dragon Boat Festival in our dormitory
The Dragon Boat Fesival has existed for many years, as a traditional festival in China, many people in different places celebrate them in different ways.
And my dormmate invited us to celebrate this festival in accordance with their customs in Yun Nan province-Red eggs. So we bought the materials together, we bought six eggs. six is a lucky number which means everything go smoothly at every step. We also bought some zongzi-the special food in the Dragon Boat Festival.
Then we came back dormitory and started our celebrations. The first step is weaving the cover of these eggs with colorful strings. It looks very difficult, but when you really do it, you will found it easy and joyful. we sat together and talked with each other, putting our wishes and celebrations into the thing we made with our hands in person. How wonderful thing it is!
Then we dye eggs red, and put it into the cover we wove before and tight them with strings. You can also hanged around your neck. We took photos and post it on Moments, writing down "Wish you a happy Dragon Boat Festival!"
