Character
That charming girl seems become your idol, haha, how long has she been working? But there is one thing that I have the resposibility to remind you as a elder professional: this kind of outgoing performance depends majorly on her character. And focus on developing and expanding your character, not chaning it or turning over it. Otherwise, you will feel painful and alway be at disadvantage if you use your weakness to compare with other’s advantage. Every character has its own value. The extrovert is more sociable and has more influence on people with his/her apperance or gesture. To the contrast, however, introvert could handle complicated business case which need deep thinking. This is what introvert is good at though he/she may be not as sociable as extrovert. So, the key point when you get involved in business activities is that make yourself on the position right for your character – maybe it is nonsense because this is what employer should do as a standard recruiting procedure. Oh, there is one thing meaningful: DO not pretend TOO MUCH(I mean “a bit of pretending or exaggerating” is acceptable) to cater to a unsuitable position’s requirment.
Ok, I guess you have a lot of feelings about this conference. Tell me about it when you log on MSN next time. 我洗耳恭听,哦也~
